I also hope to motivate you, not to look like a magazine cover model, but to live a fit and healthy life. As a nurse I am all too often faced with helping people recover from horrible illness and disease caused by not only obesity but unhealthy lifestyles. Simple changes to your daily routine can have a huge impact on your health. No fad diets or cleanses here!! Trust me I love a good cheesecake.
